Covenant Communications worked in conjuction with Consultant Wayne Worley on a chapel and main sanctuary audio system. The main sanctuary featured the Renkus Heinz Iconyx system, which features long thin column speakers with a proprietary DSP that allows for multiple beams of audio to be directed and shaped. This amazing technology respects the architecture while addressing the acoustic challenges of a cathedral type setting.

To complement this cutting edge main speaker system, the church also features EAW Monitors, a Shure UHF-R Wireless system for maximum frequency agility, and as well as an assisted listening system, and a beautiful Soundcraft GB4 mixing console, featuring Graham Blythe preamps.

The church later won an award for it’s architecture and design, winning HBK the “Best Religious Project of 2009.”
